Those are lovely interiors. Rustic European architecture - the best.

I am wishing you all that you are dreaming for, a calm and simple home, somewhere peaceful. Sending the wish out to the universe right... now.

to Janis: ah grazie Janis.
(It's weird because I never think of England as Europe! maybe because they call us European or continentals and they refer to themselves as
British and never Europeans :)

calm spaces for comfortable living... sounds nice!

Oops, I assumed the photos in the book were taken in Europe and not England. My mistake! Though the UK has some great architecture too!

Daniel would completely understand your feeling about Ulysses! Bloomsday is a fun event even if you have never read Joyce in your life. I actually ended up not going this year ... Daniel went and I stayed home and made plum jam :^)

To Janis: but you are right anyway Janis because UK is in Europe after all!!!
(My husband is Daniel too, but in the italian way
which is Daniele, but no one can pronounce it here. So, easy to be a Daniel then).

He he he jam making is a perfect excuse!

I love Baileys and this book looks fantastic. You've inspired me to start de-cluttering, for an hour or so before the kids come home.
Enjoy your weekend!

Pretty book. Homes should be simple. Otherwise, I find I have far too much tidying and putting things away.

I just borrowed Recycled Home from the Baileys! It's filled with wonderful ideas, I'm going to see if the library has Simple Home, looks very interesting.
