Monday morning again? Sorry for random posting, I've been very busy lately and even more quite soon.
Now, I've been searching for clouds material for aaages: I wanted to find something special and I did it!
These grey clouds are made with new but vintage 1940's (never used) Welsh blankets, they are so soft and thick, just the perfect fabric I was looking for.
Available now in the shop.
It's still coldish here and we are longing for Summer days, we wear our sandals at home just to feel summery!
More news for the shop, soon.
**On another note, I decided to quit Pinterest: few upsetting things happened lately. This photo was pinned indiscriminately to advert a product (a rather dodgy one) without my permission. Lately, I saw popping out many nasty comments on things made by rather nice people, inappropriate images are on the increase and strangers who are using other (defunct) people names too. What's this all about? No thanks, too much for me.
Also I felt that the Pinterest team didn't respond to my appeal of help when my photo was "hijacked"perhaps they are overwhelmed but that doesn't help to sympathise with them.
It was nice at the beginning, but now I don't want to be part of it any more.

I am so sorry to hear you quit pinterest....as i love your boards. I can understand why though, especially when a photo of yours is used by others in a dodgy way. It was only today i received a very strange comment from someone on Pinterest and was surprised to find it linked with others on Pinterest. I didn't look into it further thinking it may be a spam link.

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience... You know I hate when that happens and I guess it's more and more often and I also have doubts about putting anything online. But then... I see so many positive things and I try to focus on them... although I always worry a bit...

Pinterest... I feel the same as Naa, "doubts" about posting images. Though how can we control it? Makes me a little (maybe a lot) paranoid. So sorry to hear it happened to you Alessandra. Also miffed that pinterest did not help you resolve the situation or hear your complaint. X

I totally understand that you leave pinterest, first for a question of time and because of this copyright problems! It's a shame that even in this kind of activity some person could be so unscrupulous and without ethic!

I totally understand where you're coming from. It looks like Pinterest is growing faster than they can overview. I pin thins, but that's mostly to remind myself about things/products/recipes etc.
I have seen some strange things happening on Pinterest lately. It is sad. I hope they are able to get things in order again... I own a pair of those red sandals : )
Pinterest is having a lot of spam issues lately. I'm being extra careful with it. I wa personally spammed for a diet product. even Pinterest spammers know i'm fat. I hope they find a way out of this, because I would be rally sad if I had to leave, and I totally understand why you left.
