making

Fabricwool and organic cotton to make summer dresses and tops.
I made a dress for Anita and a top for myself.
In Egypt I knitted another shawl.
I feel at peace when I make something nice and useful!

That's how you made the bodice! Lovely. I see you use a wooden hook, how do they work? They're not available here, but I've often been tempted to buy one online - are they smooth and "slippery" enough to crochet? Fantastic fabrics, I'd love to have a dress in the sky blue with little white leaves:)!

to Francesca: these bamboo crochets works quite well for me, especially with soft yarns (as organic cotton or cashmerino). I found them more supple than the metallics ones, but if I have to work on a project for long hours then I use those with an handle (clover soft touch).
:)
the fabrics are also of great quality! money well spent...

Yes, I know what you mean - feeling peaceful when making things - a nice zone to be in. Also - the patterns and colors of the fabrics in your photos look wonderful ! and I can't wait to see what you create with them. Have a great weekend and happy sewing, xo.
