I do, I undo, I redo

Gooseberries to make this semifreddo.

Crocheting a top for a summer dress for Anita.
"I do and then undo and then redo", this is the third time,
but I think I got it right now, hopefully.
The linen cloth for the dress is a top that I can't
wear anymore (it shrunk, after an accidental
wash at 60 degrees).

More recycling ideas here.

I haven't seen (or tasted) gooseberries in ages! I'll have to try one of those funky crochet hooks one day. Congratulations on finishing and sending off your clouds, happy crocheting!

What a fresh summery set of photos. I've never had a gooseberry before. Loved seeing the new homes for your clouds. They are wonderful.

Gooseberries have always been a mystery to me, maybe it's time for me to investigate this tiny fruit :^)

Oh - and your photos are so artistic, love the look. Great hat too... xo

I like the four square photos lately. Are they difficult to make?

alessandra said...

to Lovely World: No they are not, there are several ways you can make it. I tried adobe illustrator but I found it difficult, not very straightforward for me, I need to study it more.
Now I use powerpoint, easier, but I have to say that I don't get it right still, need to learn to use a grid and align the photos better...as I said I'm still experimenting...

To all: thank you!
Every time is wonderful to hear from you :)

I you ever have any Illustrator questions, I can attempt to answer them for you with my just-about-good-enough illustrator skills if you like x

To Louise: thank you, you're a SWEEt girl...and I'm sure your illustrator skills are NOT just-about-good-enough because I saw your stuff and I can tell you're a PRO!

oh alessandra , this recipe looks so good and we have some gooseberries ! mine ( mango ice cream ) is very simple : I put frozen mango pieces and ice cube of rice milk in a blender with rapadura sugar and vanilia then it must be freeze for 5 hours.
but there is something missing :maybe lemon and ice cream maker for sure !
bonne nuit
