on film South Devon

On holiday I tested a "new" analog camera,
a Canon I found in a second hand shop.
I used a Fuji superia film.

Laëtitia, thank you, the light was quite amazing indeed, but also this kind of film enhance the blues a lot.

Anita, yes, we managed to have 4 out of 8 nice sunny days! :-)

Kickcan&Conkers, thanks, Devon is quite stunning indeed!

Oh my! I don't think I will walk past old cameras in a thrift shop in future. I will take the risk and buy it! Gorgeous! x

Lou Archell, thanks, I find difficult to resists when I see some (analog) cameras I always wanted! if you know a bit of camera mechanics take the risk.

Maria, :-) thanks who knows one day it will happen...

La Rimule, merci.

fanja, thanks, I think the texture is quite surreal too... Anita's hair need a good "chop" but she's against it!

These are beautiful! Makes me want to grab my film camera again - it has been too long! Is that Dartmouth there?

alessandra said...

Kerry, yes it is Dartmouth! Anita even pointed out the house (location) of "grandpa in my pocket", it's funny because she actually believed that grandpa lives there! She thought we arrived to 'Sunny Town' and she said: 'mum, Sunny Town is not sunny at all!':D

Gorgeous photos! The scenery is divine but I really like the picture quality too... it almost has a nostalgic fading to it, or am I imagining that? haha! Glad you had a great time Alessandra :) Kx
